"I've been having weekly sessions with Monica since 2019. I have chronic back pain and various other musculoskeletal issues and was initially quite nervous about sessions as there are quite a few things I can't do in a gym as a result of this.

 

Monica has customised every PT session (sometimes making modifications mid-exercise) to accommodate my needs and ensure I am not putting my body at risk.

She has not only built up my strength but also my confidence in going to the gym alone as I am now armed the knowledge of how to safely operate the gym equipment and understand what exercises are best for my body.
